French startup Kolet has raised €9M in Series A funding to develop its digital eSIM connectivity platform targeted at travellers. Founded in early 2024, Kolet has now raised €14M total, focusing on enhancing its mobile app, launching freemium offers, and simplifying installation for newcomers. The funding round attracted notable participants like Peter Kern and Jon Gieselman, alongside €1M from Bpifrance. Partnerships with major travel players such as Air France and KLM have allowed Kolet to engage over 300,000 travellers in its first year, aiming to capture a significant share of the €15B roaming market.
Kolet's recent $10M Series A funding aims to enhance its eSIM platform for travellers, solidifying its B2B2C model in a growing digital connectivity market.
