Dutch-based Eternal Sun announces new majority shareholder
Briefly

Eternal Sun, based in The Hague, has sold an 80% stake to Bolster Investment Partners in a move aimed at accelerating growth and technological advancements. Previously backed by Vermec and ABN AMRO, Eternal Sun specializes in solar panel testing technology used in over 60 countries. Founded by Stefan Roest in 2011, the company offers various testing simulators and services. CEOs Roest and van Rijn van Alkemade emphasize the importance of their technology for solar panel performance evaluation and express pride in their strategic growth amidst market challenges.
Our technology is essential for accurately determining the performance and thus value of solar panels, which plays a critical role in the development and scaling of next-generation technologies such as tandems and perovskite.
We grew as a scale-up, and now we welcome an investor focused on scaling mid-sized companies. We are very proud of our continuous and uninterrupted growth track in what have sometimes been difficult market conditions.
