SpaceX and Anthropic have a compute partnership with monthly payments disclosed in SpaceX’s initial public offering filing. The payments are reduced for May and June as the deal ramps up. SpaceX also expects to enter additional similar services contracts. SpaceX states it has sufficient capacity to support its own AI model training and inference needs while meeting obligations under the agreements. Either party can exit the deal with 90 days’ notice.
