In a coordinated effort by Europol and Eurojust, law enforcement authorities conducted a major operation resulting in the dismantling of critical infrastructure behind ransomware malware. Between May 19 and 22, approximately 300 servers were taken offline, and around 650 domains were neutralized, which are essential for ransomware operations. Additionally, international arrest warrants were issued for 20 individuals linked to providing initial access services to ransomware operators, significantly impacting the criminal ecosystem of ransomware as a service.
