We rescued 68 people from two unsuitable boats on the night of May 1st, both in the Libyan search and rescue zone. The Libyan rescue coordination center is not responsible.

Many of the survivors from Libya bear signs of torture. They recounted instances of being humiliated, beaten, and even raped, highlighting severe human rights violations.
