David Coburn denies taking money as part of a campaign to promote Russian interests. Nathan Gill was jailed for ten and a half years after pleading guilty to eight counts of bribery for accepting payments to make pro-Russian statements while an MEP. Crown Prosecution Service documents included WhatsApp messages between Gill and Oleg Voloshyn that mentioned setting aside money for Coburn and another MEP.
