Residents should monitor forecasts, be alert for Flood Warnings, and prepare to take action if flooding develops. Affected areas include Yosemite Valley, Mariposa-Madera, Fresno-Tulare Lower Sierra, San Joaquin River Canyon, Kern River Valley, Piute, and Walker Basin. Sandbag instructions and county pickup locations are provided for several Bay Area counties.
