"Marin, Napa and Sonoma counties are under a flood advisory which was released by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 4:13 a.m. The advisory is in effect until 7:15 a.m. According to the NWS San Francisco CA, Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas, the NWS said. Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding."
