"Northern Monterey Bay and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast were placed under a coastal flood advisory by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 5:39 p.m. The advisory is valid from Sunday 4 a.m. until Tuesday Feb. 17, at 3 p.m. Up to 1.5 ft of inundation above ground level is possible in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways, can be expected according to the NWS San Francisco CA."
