Coastal flood advisory affecting Bay Area Shorelines until Sunday afternoon
"Northern Monterey Bay and Southern Monterey Bay and Big Sur Coast as well as San Francisco County are included in a coastal flood advisory issued by the National Weather Service on Wednesday at 9:39 p.m. The advisory is in effect until Sunday Dec. 7, at 3 p.m. Flooding of lots, parks, and roads with only isolated road closures expected, according to the NWS San Francisco CA. If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be closed."

If you are in a flood-prone area, move immediately to high ground. A flash flood is a sudden violent flood that can take from minutes to hours to develop.
