The county recorded 219 residential transactions during the week of Dec. 15, with an average sale price of $970,110 and an average price per square foot of $550. The reported sales reflect titles recorded during that week even if sales occurred earlier. The top-10 reported sales include a 3,228-square-foot Moraga house sold for $2.3 million ($713/sq ft), a 2,322-square-foot Lafayette home sold for $2.3 million ($991/sq ft), and several Alamo, Walnut Creek and San Ramon properties priced from $2.3 million to $2.65 million.
