Pacific Gas & Electric Co., the utility operation of the PG&E corporate holding company, was the official buyer, records show."
"We have purchased an office in Pleasanton to provide adequate office workspace for our coworkers that are supporting the greater Bay Area, including the Tri-Valley, PG&E spokesperson Tamar Sarkissian said. Workday has been attempting to sell one or more office buildings in Pleasanton, where the provider of workforce-oriented software services has its headquarters. It wasn't immediately clear whether Workday was still seeking to sell or sublease office sites in Pleasanton."
