Under a plea agreement, Kelly pleaded guilty to firearm possession by a felon while assault charges were dropped. Surveillance footage documented other suspects Damijia McGee and Roosevelt Curry firing weapons and fleeing the scene. Kelly is being released on parole this week after serving approximately 18 months.
