The cancer proved aggressive and metastasized during summer 2024. He traveled to Los Angeles and met Arnold Schwarzenegger in March 2025, but his condition declined over the summer. Antonicelli died Dec. 4. He raised funds for the National Cancer Institute in Milan and sold hats reading 'Fk cancer' and 'You're Not Alone.' Family and friends requested privacy during mourning.
