Bob Lewis, a board member of the Farallon Islands Foundation and experienced birding instructor with over 25 years of teaching in the Bay Area, will present "Around the World in 80 Birds" at the Brower Center. This presentation showcases ornithological photographs collected during his travels across diverse regions including Madagascar, Borneo, Hawaii, Indonesia, New Guinea, New Zealand, and Cuba. The event occurs Thursday, March 12 at 7 p.m. and is free with required registration. Additionally, Berkeley offers various community events including a parking survey, measles vaccine clinic, sunset hiking tour, Opera Parallele performance, and craft sessions.
