"We're seeing significant demand in the market - especially from end users who, perhaps surprisingly, are increasingly motivated by the opportunity to make a difference,"
"We've proven that the model works for everyone. End users are happy, our clients grow their revenue, and NGOs gain more resources,"
"There's nothing holding us back anymore. The next step is to take Contribe global and build a product that can define a whole new category within loyalty and e-commerce - with the vision that every purchase in the future contributes to a good cause."
Contribe, a Copenhagen-based platform, enables webshops to let customers donate a percentage of each purchase to charities at no extra cost. The company raised €435,000 as an extension of its pre-seed round, bringing total pre-seed funding to €1.3 million for global scaling, product development, and team growth. Danish charitable giving exceeded €1 billion in 2024, up 8.4% year-on-year. Contribe quadrupled its customer base over the past year and expanded from six to fifteen markets. The software increases conversion rates, customer loyalty, and webshop revenues while channeling additional funding to NGOs. The model increases end-user satisfaction, client revenue, and NGO resources.
