Popular discounts include electronics and beauty items, such as a Dyson hair dryer reduced from $550 to $400. Amazon fulfillment and delivery operations expand substantially for Cyber Monday, processing about 100,000 packages at some delivery stations versus roughly 55,000 on a typical day. Fulfillment centers box items, then send them to sorting and delivery centers before final delivery to customers.
