Apex Advertising has acquired T.D. Mills Promotional Products, a distributor with over sixty years in operation. This acquisition aims to enhance Apex's operational efficiencies within Pennsylvania and increase its national presence. The acquisition will leverage existing supplier networks and improve e-commerce and fulfillment capabilities. T.D. Mills, founded in 1964 and recently owned by Tom and Dori Garman since 2016, will now become part of Apex's broader service offerings in promotional products and marketing. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
