The author's stay at Thatch Caye Resort in Belize challenges preconceived notions of all-inclusive resorts. However, Thatch Caye offered a peaceful and intimate atmosphere, featuring communal dinners and serene surroundings, transforming the author's view on vacations. The stay was filled with personalized experiences, making them leave not only sunburned but also with a newfound appreciation for this style of vacationing, proving that all-inclusive resorts can offer more than just cookie-cutter experiences.
