PokePark Kanto will open in early 2026, featuring Sedge Town and Pokemon Forest. It is the first permanent outdoor Pokemon attraction and spans 26,000 meters at Yomiuriland. Sedge Town will allow trainers and Pokemon to interact, while Pokemon Forest showcases Pokemon in natural habitats. Advance ticket sales will begin later this year. This attraction marks 30 years since the launch of Pokemon Red and Blue in 1996. The Pokemon Co. also announced Pokemon Friends for Switch and mobile, alongside a new trailer for Pokemon Legends Z-A.
