"Müller's LittleGP-30 recreates a 1950s computer, the Librascope LGP-30, using modern technology and offers builders an engaging project with a focus on vintage computing."
"The collaboration with CEDS will enhance the LittleGP-30 with a full button layout and a better display, maintaining the builder-friendly kit approach."
Jürgen Müller has developed LittleGP-30, an FPGA-based recreation of the Librascope LGP-30 from the 1950s. This compact unit mirrors the controls of the original machine while adding modern functionality such as a tiny LED display. Müller will collaborate with CEDS to produce an improved kit version, enhancing the design and user experience. While the LittleGP-30 is set for release later this year, Müller is also working on other vintage computing projects like the Enigma touch and PiDP-1 consoles.
