A gap in coverage was defined as a previously connected household not subscribing or a household with a subscription that experienced a lapse. Overall 30.6% of respondents were internet insecure, with 34.2% of households with children under 18 affected and higher likelihood among people with disabilities. Most internet insecure respondents (87.1%) relied on locations outside the home for access, and 93.3% of the internet insecure population continued to use telehealth. Subscription rates varied by age and household composition.
