Sol Duara plans to contribute Conduit, an open source orchestration platform for automating software development workflows, to the Continuous Delivery (CD) Foundation. Conduit centers on CDrus Expressions, which converts CDEvents vocabulary into expressed intent. Sol Duara also built an internal developer platform using CDrus Expressions and Tekton pipelines, applying principles that unify systems theory, software architecture patterns, and interoperability frameworks to improve CI/CD interoperability. The CD Foundation advances CDEvents as a common events language that decouples pipeline descriptions from physical implementations, improving scalability and resiliency. Standardized events support observability and auditability across multiple DevOps tools. Adoption remains early, but growing tool diversity increases the need to reduce interoperability friction.
