April Patches for Azure DevOps Server and Team Foundation Server - Azure DevOps Blog
Briefly

The article announces the release of Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 Patch 5, urging customers to upgrade to the secure version of Azure DevOps Server. Due to the decommissioning of the Edgio CDN, a migration to an Akamai-backed CDN endpoint has been implemented. It is important for users running earlier versions to upgrade to 2022.2 before applying the patch. Additionally, installation verification steps are provided to confirm successful patch application. Other patched versions are also highlighted, directing users to the release notes for more information.
We strongly encourage and recommend that all customers use the latest, most secure release of Azure DevOps Server.
To ensure continued availability, we have migrated to an Akamai-backed CDN with a new endpoint download.agent.dev.azure.com.
Note: Azure DevOps Server 2022.2 is the latest version of Azure DevOps Server. If you have installed Azure DevOps Server 2022 or 2022.1, you should first upgrade.
Verifying Installation Run devops2022.2patch5.exe CheckInstall, the output will either confirm the patch installation or indicate it is not installed.
