The design employs a ring-shaped plan that arranges all rooms along the perimeter so each space faces the surrounding landscape. The living room opens to both a central courtyard and the exterior, producing a fluid transition between indoors and outdoors. Private areas, including bedrooms and enclosed service spaces, are air-conditioned and sheltered for privacy and comfort. The circular geometry organizes circulation around the courtyard and minimizes internal corridors.
