Design originates from the basic form of a country house: a simple pavilion topped by a gabled roof, then developed through contemporary architectural language. The program prioritizes simplicity, visual beauty, and extreme functionality within a streamlined architectural brief. The project team includes Pedro Napolitano Prata with Karina Matias and Angelo Buzelli, engineering by 100 engenharia, structural design by Timbau Estruturas (engineered timber), and landscape design by Cica Gorski. The site is located in Sao Bento do Sapucai. The resulting residence balances traditional rural typology with current design approaches to deliver an efficient, elegant farm dwelling.
