Tent Cabin in Omori is a two-storey, 72 m² timber house completed in 2025 for a young couple and their two children. The design provides multiple retreat spaces so each family member can follow individual rhythms while remaining visually and spatially connected. Lead architects include Kota Tamaki, Julia Li, Sei Hayashi and Koh Inami. Structural engineering was provided by Graph Studio and environmental sustainability consulting by Studio Nora. Haruka Shoji contributed textile design. Photographs were taken by Yurika Kono and Akashoshin Kaihatsu Ltd served as general contractor. The plan balances private nooks and communal flow to avoid crowding.
