The building links student hostels with academic blocks across an arterial road and sits adjacent to the proposed central plaza, functioning as an organizational anchor for the campus master plan. The placement prioritizes circulation and connectivity, shaping pedestrian flows and providing a focal point for campus life. The design emphasizes accessibility, visual prominence, and integration with surrounding open spaces to strengthen spatial and social cohesion on campus.
