The 550 m² house in Ahmedabad uses locally sourced stone and traditional lime plaster to remain naturally cool during harsh summers. The lime finish creates a soft, breathable wall surface that ages gracefully and records traces of sunlight, shadow, and time. Stone surfaces throughout the interior and exterior reveal shifting textures as daylight moves across them, reinforcing tactile engagement with the landscape. The project engaged a multidisciplinary team covering design, technical, landscape, project management, structural, MEP, and services. Selected manufacturers include Duravit, Asian Paints, Beautex, Jaquar, Kesarjan, Neptune House, Neptune Lights, Prato by Greenhouse, and TOSHIBA. Completion year: 2025.
