"Punta Pite is located between Zapallar and Papudo, about 150 km north of Santiago, Chile. The site, as its name indicates, is a rocky point that juts into the sea. The task was to design a second home for a couple and their three children."
Located at Punta Pite between Zapallar and Papudo, about 150 km north of Santiago, Chile, the site is a rocky point projecting into the sea. The project is a second home for a couple and their three children, completed in 2020 with a total area of 4521 ft. Lead architects are Alex Brahm and Antonio Polidura, with collaborator Hernan Fournies. Structural engineering by Alberto Maccioni / Bming and consulting by Daniel Alemparte supported the project. Lighting design by Barbara Greene and interior design by Rodrigo Castillo contributed to the interiors. Photographs by Aryeh Kornfeld and Roland Halbe document the project.
