Situated on a narrow 2,835-square-foot lot in Seattle's Leschi neighborhood, the Pho Bac House occupies a tight infill site between two larger residences. The design capitalizes on proximity to Frink Park and frames views toward the Cascade Range and Lake Washington. The compact footprint responds to neighborhood context while organizing interior spaces to prioritize daylight and visual connections. Massing and material choices negotiate scale and privacy with adjacent houses and the park edge. The project by SHED Architecture & Design demonstrates strategies for achieving strong natural vistas and contextual fit on a constrained urban lot.
