Gawler Crescent is a new family home located in Deakin, ACT, sited on an elevated, Eucalypt-lined crescent near the Parliamentary Triangle. The house has an area of 450 m and was completed in 2024 under lead architect Ben Walker. The design responds to its elevated position and frames views to contextual landmarks, notably Black Mountain and the Brindabella Ranges. Interior and finish specifications include Made by Storey timber flooring and Meir tapware. The residence engages with its landscape setting and prioritizes outlooks to surrounding natural features.
