Located at the main entrance to the central campus of the Industrial University of Santander, the Humanities Building functions as a primary institutional marker within the master plan. The building's form is articulated through a structure of stacked lines executed in architectural concrete, producing an emblematic welcoming image. The stacked-line organization shapes circulation and spatial hierarchies while accommodating phased academic growth and program flexibility. The project team includes Alejandro Arango and a multi-disciplinary roster of leading architects, collaborators, interns, a construction consortium, and specialist consultants for structure, geotechnical, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
