The masterplan uses a stepped, terraced strategy that preserves topsoil and rainwater runways while organizing the resort as a gradual descent. Pod-like cottages are formed as biomorphic shells of lightweight steel and thin concrete that appear to grow from the slope and capture 360-degree valley views.
