The design follows a restrained, minimalist approach using local stone, concrete, warm wood, grey marble, glossy white finishes, and large glass openings. Double-height volumes and strategically placed light portals increase openness and bring daylight deep into the home. Ambient lighting maintains visual comfort and continuity. The program includes four rooms, a spacious common area, a library, and an open terrace oriented toward mountains and ocean.
