115ARI is a single-family home project located between party walls in Sabadell, designed by Vallribera Noray Arquitectes with collaboration from Jose Hevia and a team of architects. The project confronted a very narrow lot that initially provoked family skepticism about feasibility. The family perceived the parcel as an opportunity to change their lives and entrusted the design team with the challenge of fitting a dwelling into the constrained site. Structural consultancy came from Daniel Vilavedra and energy and environmental consultancy from Nacho Villegas. Collaborators included Sergi Ballester, Joan Fontanet and Miriam Molina, contributing to the technical and design solutions.
