We are tracking where the Cowboys picks in the first round of the 2026 NFL Draft are every week of the season
"The Dallas Cowboys are projected to hold, barring any future trades, two first-round picks during the 2026 NFL Draft. Dallas obviously has their own first-round pick, but thanks to the Micah Parsons trade struck with the Green Bay Packers just before the 2025 season began, the Cowboys also hold the Pack's pick as well. Dallas also received Green Bay's 2027 first-round pick and defensive tackle Kenny Clark in the deal."
"As the 2025 season rolls on we will be tracking the Cowboys' first-round picks and updating this post every week. It goes without saying that we want Green Bay's pick to be as close to the top of the order as possible, so from that standpoint we are rooting against the Packers all season. For reference all draft pick tabulations will come courtesy of Tankathon."
Dallas holds two first-round selections for the 2026 NFL Draft: its own pick and Green Bay's pick acquired in the Micah Parsons trade. The Parsons deal also conveyed Green Bay's 2027 first-round pick and defensive tackle Kenny Clark to Dallas. Draft pick standings are tracked weekly with Tankathon used for tabulations. Early 2025 results include a Week 1 Cowboys loss to the Eagles and a Packers win over Detroit, Week 2 losses for both teams (Cowboys to the Bears, Packers to the Browns), a tied game when Dallas and Green Bay played, a Cowboys overtime win over the Giants, and a Packers win over Washington.
