Former Cowboys to keep an eye on in the Playoffs " Inside The Star
"I would much rather be talking about the Dallas Cowboys getting ready for a playoff game right about now, but we all know why that did not happen. Still, a lot of good football will be played this weekend, and throughout the next few weeks, so that got me thinking. How many former Dallas Cowboys players will we see? As I started going over them all, I thought to myself, this could make for a very interesting post."
"Nahshon Wright Tell you what, Nahshon Wright had a breakout season this year, Al Harris and the rest of the Bears defensive guys over there really had him balling out. After spending a year with the Vikings, Wright found himself with the Chicago Bears, and this season has broken out. He started 16 games this season for them, and had five interceptions, one that was a house call for over 70 yards. Wright is going to earn himself some money this"
Micah Parsons is out with a torn ACL and will not play in the playoffs. Rico Dowdle became Carolina's starting running back after the Panthers/Cowboys game and rushed 236 times for 1,076 yards and six touchdowns. Dowdle was among the hottest rushers for a month and should see significant early snaps in Carolina's home playoff game versus the Rams. Nahshon Wright broke out with the Chicago Bears, starting 16 games and recording five interceptions, including a pick-six of over 70 yards. Wright previously spent a season with the Vikings and is positioned to command a larger contract.
