Dallas Cowboys 2026 opponents: Home, away matchups confirmed
"The 2025 NFL regular season came to a close on Sunday night and the Dallas Cowboys will have to watch the playoffs from home for the second straight year. It never gets easy. As the regular season has concluded there are a few things that have locked into place. One of them is the opponents who Dallas will face when we see them again during the 2026 season."
"There are eight games in total that will come against teams that are in this season's playoff field which will make things interesting to say the least. Arguably the most interesting game of the group is the road contest that Dallas will play at Lambeau Field as it will mark their second time squaring off against Micah Parsons, but the first away from AT&T Stadium."
The Dallas Cowboys missed the playoffs for a second consecutive year as the 2025 regular season concluded. The 2026 opponents are determined by the NFL rotational schedule, which pairs the NFC East with the NFC West and AFC South. Dallas finished second in the division and will face the second-place finishers from the NFC North, NFC South, and AFC North. The 2026 schedule gives each NFC team an extra home game, and Dallas's extra contest will be against an AFC North opponent. Eight 2026 games will be against teams that reached the current playoff field. A notable 2026 matchup is a road game at Lambeau Field against Micah Parsons.
