Bland had left-foot surgery last season that caused him to miss the first ten games before returning for seven. This season Bland played 12 games, recording one interception and six pass breakups. Defensive coordinator Matt Eberflus will move from the sideline to the coaching booth to call defensive plays for the final three games of the 2025 season. Eberflus said the booth offers perspective and information and will require effective sideline communication for adjustments.
