Cowboys Hope To Re-Sign Jadeveon Clowney
""would love""
""We'll be talking with his guys right away,""
""With his willingness to want to be here and us wanting him to be here, hopefully we can figure something out.""
Jadeveon Clowney intends to play in 2026 and prefers to remain with the Cowboys next season. The Cowboys indicated they "would love" to bring Clowney back and plan to open talks with his representatives immediately. Clowney has appeared in 12 games for Dallas in 2025, contributing 5.5 sacks, 16 pressures and eight tackles for loss. Clowney signed a $3.5 million deal after being cut by the Panthers in May and remaining unsigned until September. His career has included stops in Houston, Seattle, Tennessee, Cleveland, Baltimore, Carolina and Dallas. The Cowboys have multiple edge options but still room for at least one notable offseason addition even if Clowney is re-signed.
