Steele started 14 games as a rookie, faced early struggles, and was briefly benched before returning to finish the season. Over subsequent seasons, he developed into one of the league’s stronger run blockers. Pass protection has remained only average, but Dallas has accepted it while adjusting other parts of the offensive line. He has not missed a game in the last three years.
