No thought given to the human being': Ben Affleck says he hated his horrendous' Batman suit
Briefly

Ben Affleck expressed his discomfort with the Batsuit in a GQ interview, stating it was horrendous to wear and generated excessive heat. The costume, designed for aesthetics rather than comfort, made it challenging for actors, including trained stunt performers, to endure it for long periods. Affleck reported feeling exhausted and sweaty, which affected his performance. Despite its impressive engineering, the suit's design left much to be desired in terms of practical comfort. Affleck's experience highlighted the difficulties filmmakers face in balancing visual appeal with functional needs in superhero costumes.
Affleck said the main issue with the elaborate costume was the heat it generated. They don't breathe. They're made to look the way they want them to look.
Even highly trained stunt performers found it difficult to wear the suit for long periods. They could do that for about like 45, 50 minutes and then they're like gonna get heatstroke.
Affleck remarked that the suit doesn't make you feel very heroic, because you feel instantly exhausted and sweaty, which made it difficult to make the movie.
Wilkinson described the cowl as incredible engineering, noting how previous Batsuits had failed to maintain comfort while meeting the design requirements.
