REAL Finance Signs First Securities Tokenization Agreement, Activating Institutional Pipeline of More Than $100 Million

Tokenization will occur on an EVM-compatible blockchain ahead of REAL Finance’s planned Layer 1 mainnet launch. The pilot transaction validates an end-to-end workflow using Factori AD, an EU-regulated investment broker that channels client assets through REAL’s infrastructure. Factori AD executes OTC securities, maintains segregated custody, and performs client onboarding, KYC, and AML compliance. International assets are held at Bank of New York, while Bulgarian securities are held at the Central Depository in Bulgaria. REAL Finance’s Securities Tokenization Framework targets real securities, including public shares and derivatives, private market shares, and public and private bonds, rather than synthetic exposures. The pilot tokenizes 5,000,000 warrants of Alpha Bulgaria AD and tests sourcing, licensed OTC execution, regulated custody, and on-chain tokenization. Factori AD plans to route over $100 million more for tokenization via REAL’s infrastructure.
