Learn How to Make Barbari Bread at The Barbary Notting Hill
"Like the original Neal's Yard restaurant, The Barbary Notting Hill takes inspiration from the food of the Barbary Coast, ranging from southern Europe to northern Africa. Bread is a huge part of the cuisines of those regions and now you can learn to make one of The Barbary's signature breads at this exclusive masterclass. On Sun 1st March, we're hosting a barbari bread-making masterclass at the Notting Hill restaurant,"
"where you'll learn how to make the flatbread, which is a cross between the Iranian barbari and an Indian naan. Cooked in a tandoor, it's crispy yet fluffy, making it the perfect vehicle for scooping up dips like spinach borani and whipped goat's butter. After you've made your own bread and it's been cooked, you'll get to try your handiwork alongside a range of dips, and you'll also get some za'atar to take home with you in branded Barbary bottles."
