"16 ounces round bread loaf, uncut 1 pound bacon, cooked crisp 8 ounces shredded Colby/Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup Parmesan cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1 small onion, minced Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut a lid off the top of the bread and hollow out the center, leaving a 1-inch-thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl."
