The Stelvio Élite uses 83-millimeter flat burrs and a 750-watt motor producing 6 grams per second. Both models include 1.5-kilogram hoppers and 3.5-inch touchscreens and share the portafilter fork and microswitch design used in the Macap Supra 68 and 83. The Stelvio is priced at €1,350 and the Élite at €1,600. Rocket also revealed the Gravo grind-by-weight grinder with blind 63-millimeter burrs, premium styling details, and light-commercial capability.
