Mundo Novo introduced the CS2 automated pourover machine at the World of Coffee trade show in San Diego. The machine features modular construction with dedicated heaters and motors for each group, allowing independent temperature and pour profiles. Each group operates independently, enabling one side to remain functional during maintenance on the other. Unlike the portable CS1 with a built-in pump, the CS2 requires plumbing or an external pump connection.
