Their daughter, Heather Perry, is chief executive officer and a globally honored barista, winning World's Best Espresso at the 2007 World Barista Championships. Klatch built its reputation holding special events with Geisha coffees, called the world's most expensive bean. It opened its first Sprouts location in Fontana in 2024 and now has five. They sell hot and cold specialty drinks, pastries and made-to-order snacks such as ricotta toast."

Klatch aims to open nine cafes by the end of this year and in the first quarter of 2026, with most early openings in Los Angeles County and the remaining 11 cafes scheduled through 2026. Klatch is a family business founded in 1993; CEO Heather Perry won World's Best Espresso in 2007. Menu items include hot and cold specialty drinks, pastries, made-to-order snacks, and seasonal offerings like the Great Pumpkin. Klatch will offer a free Competition Cappuccino to mobile app users on National Coffee Day, Sept. 29.
