Quat occupies 3,500 square feet and includes a centralized roasting operation, retail space, outdoor seating, coffee service area, and a coffee omakase tasting room. The space features a minimalist design with neutral tones, budget furniture choices, and hand-painted art by Kim's mother. Specialty drinks were curated during extensive sourcing trips abroad. Another Kumquat location is planned in Hollywood.
